The location is perfect! Located on 26th Street in the heart of Little Italy. Las Palmas is located 1/2 block off the famous Quinta Ave (the pedestrian walkway filled with restaurants, pubs, boutiques and shopping areas) and a short walk to Mamita's Beach Club (passes for lounge chairs are provided to you)!

Palma Xiat - 2 bedroom 1 bath unit
Palma Xiat is our 2 bedroom / 1 bath condo which comfortably sleeps can be rented for 2- 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped so you may eat in or dine out in one of the many international restaurants! The condo has a master bedroom with queen bed and two singles in the second bedroom. Additional amenities include: central air and ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, purified bottled water, all cooking utensils, and service for eight. Hotel cleaning service is provided three times per week and the Caretaker lives on-site for 24-hour security.
The condo also has wireless internet, cable television, DVD player, library of books, alarm clocks and radios, towels, linens and beach towels are provided.
