Rental terms and conditions:
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation, the
remaining 50% is due one month before your arrival date. You will be responsible for
any damage to the property. Security deposit of $200.00 usd is
required one week prior to arrival.
A rental agreement will be forwarded to you at the time
of your reservation.
Rates are subject to change.
12% Mexican tax is not incuded.
